So I hope that you will enjoy looking at my new house. Now I just have to get my financing all together and the house has to past inspection and the house needs to appraise well for me, and I need to get to Florida and move my stuff out of storage and the house. Then move up here to North Carolina. Plus don't forget, I need to PAINT. I am excited about this new adventure, a little nervous and anxious and overwhelmed, but excited.
Here is the living room which you see as soon as you walk in the house. It will be nice to have a fireplace in my house, it is gas run, so that should be interesting. The door that you see in the right hand corner leads out to the back porch and the backyard.

Here is the formal dining room off of the kitchen at the front of the house. Paint color, pea green, more paint please.

Here is one side of the kitchen and you can see the breakfast nook in the background. I will be getting all the appliances except the fridge, which is okay. Once again paint is needed for the bright yellow paint color.

Here is the master bathroom and the door to the very big walk in closet. The paint color in the bathroom is a very odd shade of pea green. No more comments there.

I know, the previous owners have poor choice in paint scheme, here the master is a very bright purple. Don't get me wrong, I like purple, but not so much and not so bright. More paint please.

There are two bedrooms that look the same, so only one picture of them. No much to say, except some paint is needed. Also the bedrooms are the only floors that have carpeting, the rest is hardwood.

Do not let the light in the picture distort the color of this paint, it is
fuchsia pink. I know the worst color in the world and the first room to be painted.

This picture is from the back of the property line. There is total over half and acre of land. Once again you can see the beautiful landscaping of pine needles and sand. Maybe I could get one of my friends who does landscaping to come down from Canada and give me some ideas. (HINT:
Ghi and Karen, this would be half way to Florida on your travels.)

Obviously this is the front of the house. Landscaping is very minimal, due to the fact that they use pine needles as their landscaping. I do plan on trying to put grass down in some areas, and also try not to kill the grass.
